You understand and accept the following terms:

1) Make sure you view all descriptions before purchasing so that you are satisfied with your purchase/s.

2) We do not offer refunds and returns due to the digital nature of our products.

3) You CANNOT resell, transfer, or share any digital files after purchase.

4) If you are engaged in editing services, you are not allowed to offer my files, You cannot create any sites with the intention of using for any commercial/advertising purposes. I do not sell backgrounds to graphic designers for commercial use (editing client shots with my background).

5) It is UNAUTHORIZED to use these digital files in any competitions or photography contests. With all requests, uses, and questions please message me.

6) All items in this package are DIGITAL. No physical product will be sent! Thank you for your purchase and come again. I have many wonderful ideas and my store will always be adding more of my creation.
